It all began in the bathroom of our parents' house, where Sergio first picked up a pair of clippers in 2012 and gave himself a haircut. After a few self-cuts, he started cutting Diego’s hair—his very first client—along with friends from the neighborhood, all in the same basement where our mother used to give us haircuts when we were kids.

At the time, Sergio was studying architecture in college, never imagining that he would one day make a complete 180 and pursue a totally different path.

His journey into the barbering world started with his first job at Vintage Barber Lounge. From there, he went on to work at Scissors Cuts and Barbier Waldys le Cubain. But it was at Punto y Aparte that Sergio made the life-changing decision to leave architecture behind and commit to barbering full-time.

Around that time, Diego was feeling uncertain about his future while training in carpentry. Inspired by Sergio’s passion, he asked his brother to teach him how to cut hair. After a few months of practice and growing confidence, Diego completed his carpentry training and made the leap into barbering. He landed a job at a barbershop called Caballeros—conveniently located on the same street as Sergio’s workplace—making the transition smooth and natural.

Just five or six months later, Sergio, always driven by new ideas, proposed something bold: opening their own barbershop in their hometown of Saint-Eustache. Diego, trusting his brother completely, didn’t hesitate. On April 7, 2018, driven by passion and purpose, we opened the doors to our very own barbershop.

Our journey began with two young brothers—Sergio, 22, and Diego, 18—without any formal business training but fueled by ambition and love for the craft. We were the first barbershop of our kind in the area, and while the road wasn’t always easy, Sergio passed on his years of cutting experience to Diego. Together, we built a space that reflected our shared vision of quality, creativity, and community.

Since day one, we've continued to evolve—constantly upgrading our barbershop to keep up with the latest trends and techniques in the industry. Our goal has always been to offer the highest quality service and the best possible experience for our clients. Through ongoing investment in our space and our skills, we’ve carved out a name for ourselves—one cut at a time. Our dedication to growth is a reflection of our commitment to excellence and to the community that helped shape us.
